Ensuring Your Security: Handels Fusion’s Comprehensive Anti-Fraud Measures

Our Commitment to Fraud Prevention and Identity Protection

At Handels Fusion, safeguarding your security from fraud, identity theft, and unauthorized activities is our highest priority. We strictly adhere to Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent illegal actions and demonstrate our dedication to combating fraud, money laundering, and terrorism financing. Accounts involved in such activities will be immediately closed, and any related funds will be forfeited.

Advanced Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously, employing cutting-edge security protocols and anti-fraud technologies to protect your personal details, transaction history, and sensitive information. To secure online transactions, such as deposits, we require specific identity verification documentation.

Required KYC Documents for Deposit Verification
Identity Verification

Submit a clear, color copy of your valid passport with your photo and signature, or a color copy of a government-issued photo ID (both sides required).

Card Verification

Provide a color photo of your debit or credit card, showing only the first 6 and last 4 digits on the front. The CVV and middle digits on the back should be obscured, with your signature visible.

Proof of Residence

Submit a recent (within the last 3 months) utility bill, local authority tax bill, or bank statement in color, showing your name as it appears on your ID.

Timely Document Submission

To avoid delays in processing your transactions, please submit the required documents promptly. While some features may be available initially, specific transactions or deposits will only be processed after your identity is verified. Failure to submit the necessary documents may result in cancellation of withdrawals and system alerts.

Document Submission Guidelines

Ensure your documents are scanned or photographed clearly using a high-resolution camera and saved in JPEG format. Then, email them to [email protected].

Document Security

All submitted documents are encrypted and stored securely in individual client files to protect your privacy.

Consequences of Non-Compliance with KYC Requirements

Complying with our KYC and security procedures is essential for secure fund management. Failure to comply may result in a weekly 5% penalty under the following circumstances:

  • Not submitting the required documents within 5 business days of your initial deposit.
  • Not providing a Declaration of Deposit within 3 business days of subsequent deposits.

Your cooperation is critical to maintaining a secure and trustworthy trading environment at Handels Fusion.
